Every rotor needs a proper weight distribution across the rotating axis to prevent unbalance.
Vibrations are generated when there is imbalance due to damaged rotor shaft. Wearing down the bearings and eventually seriously damaging the entire turbocharger.
The aftermath of unbalanced turbos is an overall decrease in engine performance.
Equipped with 4 units up to date computerized balancing machines including Schenk, PT Turbo Diesel International conducts dynamic balancing to correct any imbalance of the rotor shaft with precision and accuracy.
